With more than three decades of distinguished service in both government and industry, Scott joins Leyden Solutions at a pivotal point in our growth trajectory, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic and operational leadership that will drive even greater value for our clients and partners.

Scott Perry is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and results. A United States Army veteran with over 20 years of honorable service, Scott has deep expertise in Intelligence and Security Operations, providing critical support to Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Justice (DoJ) intelligence initiatives. His military career was dedicated to ensuring the security and effectiveness of some of the nation’s most complex and sensitive operations.

Transitioning to the private sector, Scott continued to demonstrate his versatility and business acumen. As Chief of Operations for a technology firm, he successfully led the company through a period of double-digit growth, orchestrating strategies that elevated operational efficiency and expanded market presence. Later, as Director of Business Operations in the healthcare industry, Scott spearheaded initiatives focused on security and sustainability, all with the goal of enhancing the clinician experience and delivering resilient, high-quality services.

In his new role at Leyden Solutions, Scott will lead business operations and play a critical part in advancing our mission, vision, and strategic objectives. His comprehensive background uniquely positions him to guide our organization through its next phase of innovation and excellence.
