February 2026 - Duc Nguyen Joins as a Corporate Advisor

Leyden Solutions is proud to announce the appointment of Duc H. Nguyen as Corporate Advisor. With nearly 35 years of distinguished military and federal service, paired with deep private‑sector leadership, Mr. Nguyen brings exceptional expertise in government contracts, procurement law, compliance, and corporate governance that will further strengthen our support to federal clients.

Mr. Nguyen’s public service career includes senior leadership roles as Senior Debarring Official at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Senior Attorney at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and Program Fraud Remedies Coordinator for the U.S. Army. He also served as Vice Chair of the Interagency Suspension and Debarment Committee (ISDC), appointed by the White House’s Office of Management and Budget. During two decades of active duty in the U.S. Army, he deployed to combat zones in roles as both a military logistician and an Army Judge Advocate.

In the private sector, Mr. Nguyen serves as a Government Contracts Partner at Fluet, a Chambers‑ranked national security law firm in Tysons, Virginia, and previously as Managing Director of Suspension, Debarment, and Corporate Responsibility at Affiliated Monitors, Inc., a national independent integrity monitoring firm. He is widely recognized as a national leader in ethics and compliance across the federal acquisition community.

In his advisory role at Leyden Solutions, Mr. Nguyen will counsel our leadership and project teams on compliance, risk management, and corporate responsibility—advancing our mission, vision, and commitment to integrity and performance excellence.
