In Memoriam: Scott Perry

It is with profound sadness that Leyden Solutions shares the passing of Scott Perry following a courageous battle with cancer. Scott was more than a colleague—he was a foundational leader in our organization and a steady presence for our team, our clients, and our mission.

Scott’s career reflected a rare combination of operational excellence, mission focus, and genuine care for people. He brought more than 30 years of government and industry experience, specializing in operations and strategic management.

As a U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of service in Intelligence and Security Operations, Scott supported critical and sensitive intelligence missions across the federal landscape, including work benefiting DoD and DoJ intelligence operations.

At Leyden, Scott’s impact was felt across every level of the company. He began by directly supporting our clients, delivering results where it mattered most and building trust through performance, professionalism, and integrity. As he grew within the organization, Scott became a leader who elevated everyone around him. Through his unwavering commitment to mission execution and team success, he rose into senior leadership and ultimately served as our Executive Vice President.

Scott led the way he lived: with positivity, compassion, and a genuine interest in the well-being and growth of others. He was the kind of leader who listened first, gave credit freely, and stepped up when things were hard. He cared deeply about doing right by our customers, but even more, he cared about doing right by our people. His inclusive leadership inspired confidence and strengthened our culture in lasting ways.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Scott’s family, loved ones, and all those who had the privilege of working alongside him. We will honor Scott by continuing the work he believed in and by carrying forward the example he set—of service, excellence, and compassion.

Scott will be deeply missed and always remembered!
